An expert coach and facilitator, Ollie has been working in organisational development since University where he rose to the top of student organisation AIESEC as International President based in Brussels. After a number of years working at Raleigh International heading up their Youth At Risk team (and becoming a key member of the board) Oliver moved to Common Purpose where he quickly moved through the ranks to Managing Director of their Customised Business. He is also Tetra-Map accredited.
Laura started her career at Procter & Gamble as part of their fast-track leadership programme for graduates and quickly moved through the ranks. Her corporate experience includes leading large multi-functional teams to deliver global projects as well as taking P&L responsibility for brands both big and small. At C&T she uses her strategic marketing background and experience to lead and deliver most of our consultancy work as well as using her strong facilitation skills to inspire and encourage change and development in clients at all levels. Laura is an ILM L5 certified coach and is qualified to deliver Belbin Team Roles and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool.
Specialising in organisational performance and transformation, Craig initially worked into the UK Board at Vodafone, managing strategically critical change projects. Following this he spent a short time in the ‘Global Transformation Practice’ of PA Consulting, before moving into the Automotive Retail sector. Since 2016 he has been helping organisations address some of their biggest performance challenges. Alongside his consulting commitments Craig also teaches undergraduate and MBA degree programmes in the area of Operations Management at Leeds Business School. Craig is also a certified CMI L5 Coach.
An engineering graduate, Angus started his career in BP and ICI before switching into HR and L&D roles in Lucite International. Angus brings considerable experience of programme design, delivery, facilitation, consolidation and coaching from Board level to undergraduates within corporate and SME clients across the manufacturing, research, education, justice and charity sectors.
Starting his career at a management consulting firm, Daniel helped create commercial growth strategies for business around the country, primarily in the financial and technology industries, creating regional growth strategies for the FinTech sector. Following this, Daniel moved internally, implementing corporate operational projects at Worldpay. He now uses these experiences and structured mind to simplify the commercial challenges of his own clients, primarily in the areas of commercialisation, business model development and growth strategy.
Anna supports the smooth day-to-day running of Change & Transformation, bringing experience in administration, finance, and business operations. She joined the team in October 2024 and plays a key role in coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting delivery across all areas of our work.
With a background in both office management and running her own vegan business, Anna is confident handling a wide range of tasks—from organising bookings and producing documents to keeping systems and schedules in order. She holds qualifications in Business Administration and AAT Accounting, and brings a practical, calm, organised and friendly approach to her work.
Joey is a people-focused leader with a decade of experience in workforce development, coaching, and leadership. His career spans healthcare, defence, and the public sector—bringing a unique blend of military discipline, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy to every project.
Before joining Change & Transformation, Joey led learning and development for 39 GP practices across the Tees Valley, launched high-impact training programmes, and secured funding from NHS England and regional partners. He has also worked nationally with Defence Medical Services, coordinating placements and coaching for military medics across NHS trusts.
Joey specialises in designing and delivering development programmes that build capability, resilience, and culture. As Development Director, he shapes our innovation, coaching, and leadership offers—ensuring they’re grounded in insight, designed for impact, and tailored to real-world challenges.
